PRATIKA kitchen rack, tips for assembly /

If you are considering buying Pratika kitchen bar but you have doubts about the assembly and compatibility with the back of your kitchen, in this blog article you may find the answer to your questions. Before going through the assembly process, I would like to confirm that Pratika bar can be attached to any type of back of the kitchen (tiles, glass, stone, marble, etc.) as long as you use the right drill bit specific for that material to avoid cracks and spinning.

Material provided

  • 2 4x35 mm wall screws
  • 2 wall plugs
  • 2 14x10 mm wall holder profile
  • 4 5x5 mm per hexagonal head grains
  • 2 closing elements
  • PRatika bar and any purchased accessories

Required tools

  • 1 drill
  • 1 6 mm diameter drill
  • 1 cross screwdriver
  • 1 Allen key (supplied with the product)
  • 1 meter

Assembly

As seen in other articles about kitchen racks before proceeding to the assembly it is essential to take the measurements correctly to place the bar where you want. We generally recommend placing the kitchen bar in the middle between the cabinet and the worktop.

Once you have decided where to place the bar, take the first wall holder profile placing it on the wall and use it to identify with a pencil mark where to drill the holes in the backrest, repeat the same thing with the second hanger perhaps helping yourself with a level.

At this point, take the drill, add the 6 mm bit and drill the holes in correspondence with the pencil marks. Then insert the plugs into the holes and screw the hangers using the 2 wall screws.

Now take the Pratika kitchen rack and fix it to the first hanger by screwing the hexagonal head screw with the Allen key. Repeat the same procedure with the second hanger.

After making sure that the profile is well fixed to the wall, insert the closing elements at the both ends and hang any accessories purchased to the bar.
